Camera Maniac

Hello guys!

I think my addiction towards camera is getting strong and.. Ah I just can't describe the feeling.

I ever think to be a photography, but maybe later. Or I can do it as my part time job.

So I still learning how to use DSLR camera.

Since I didn't bring DSLR camera with me to Cyberjaya, I didn't take much photos.

Just when I get back to Penang only I shoot some photos.

Find out your obsession, spread it into talent, and turn it into money.

Okay, entry this time is about pets.

If you asked me what animal that I love, with all the mean I will answer a cat!

Oh my god, they are so cute and adorable.

There's no way I can hate them.

I totally don't understand how can some people don't like cat, even abuse them!

Cats have special characteristic. For example, they are so obedient to their owner.

How far they travel, at last they will return to their owner. They are so loyal right?

Their fur also are very soft. But for some people, they are allergic to cat's fur.

2 years ago, I do have a cat name Leo.

Leo was a male cat. He's fat and so adorable.

I love to play with him after get back from school.

Unlucky, Leo died after being hit by the car.

I'm so sad. Since that moment, I don't have any pet.

Puppy Love?

How are you?

Do you ever been in love before?

I mean PUPPY LOVE!

Cute enough right? Huh

So do I.

It was 10 years ago, in primary school.

It was a bright day. Then my teacher came in with a little boy beside him.

He flow his hair sideways.

I just looked into his eyes. He really blow me out.

He's a new student.

But he only stayed for 3 months and transferred to another school.

Since that I never meet him.

When I think about him, I just smile.

How can I have a crush on that age? Haha!

Sport Day

Hello guys

So last Wednesday is our college 'Sport Day'

There were four types of sport that we need to participate.

It's compulsory for every person to participate as the marks counted according to the class.

Unlucky,

I had fever on that day.

My body was so weak as I cannot even stand up for a long time.

But for my class sake, I'm willingly to participate to contribute point for my class.

So we chose red color as the theme for our class.

Hello peeps!

Oh, I heard many people do love Laksa Penang.

Well I like too, but I like Laksa Kelantan more.

Every year, during Hari Raya, my mom used to make Laksa Penang.

I and my sister usually help my mom to prepare this secret recipes.

Hesheshes.

Then we will invite our relatives and friends.

It's like a small open house.

That day my house will become havoc and cheerful.

I love those moment spending time with them.

Ohh ya,

but when it comes to my sister's friends, I have to stayed at kitchen,

WASHING THE DISHES.

Here is the secret recipe. Heksheks. 

Ingredients

600g laksa noodles (you can get it easily from supermarkets), scald in hot water and drain


(A):
lkg flaked ikan kembong or ikan parang
A pinch of salt
2000ml water


(B) Spices to grind finely:
6-7 fresh chillies
4-5 dried chillies
1 small piece lengkuas
2cm fresh turmeric
20 shallots
2 cloves garlic
6 candlenuts (buah keras)


(C):
5 stalks daun kesom
1 bunga kantan, cut lengthwise
5-4 stalks serai, smashed

Mix and strain:

50g tamarind (assam jawa)

250ml water

4 pieces asam keping

1 tbsp Maggi Belacan powder (it’s so convenient to use this, instead of roasting a piece of belacan)

Salt and monosodium glutamate to taste

(D) Garnishing:

Slice thinly:

100g pineapple

1 cucumber

2 bunga kantan

3 red chillies

2 big onions

200g lettuce

Mint leaves

Enough sticky black prawn paste (hayko) – dissolve in a little hot water

Method

Boil fish with the water. When fish is cooked remove it from the stock and flake it. 

Leave water (fish stock) in the pot.

Add (B) and (C) in the fish stock and simmer until it reaches the desired consistency. 

Put in flaked fish meat and keep the laksa gravy over a moderate heat.

Put laksa noodles into serving bowls. Spoon the laksa gravy over and garnish with (D). 

Serve hot with a little prawn paste.

Merdeka Raya.

So there were two event take place in one celebration called 'Merdeka Raya'

Cool right huh?

As you know for Hari Raya Celebration, Muslim usually wear 'baju kurung' and 'baju melayu'.

So do we on that day. We wear new clothes and shoes.

Everyone were very beautiful on that day.

With their make up on face.

One word. STUNNING.

After Hari Raya Celebration, we proceed our event with Merdeka Celebration.

They played a patriotic video about our Independent Day.

There were many performances on that day. It was awesome.

My second addiction is towards Polaroid camera

Having a Polaroid camera already in my wish list as soon as I get the allowance.

The picture taken by Polaroid camera was very cool!
